Rubber prices, April 1, continued to decrease on the Shanghai, Japan and Singapore exchanges. In the domestic market, rubber prices at some enterprises did not record any new adjustments and continued to move sideways.
World rubber prices
On the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), the April 2025 contract was at 16,630 yuan/kg, down to 16,640 yuan/kg; the May 2025 contract was at 16,700 yuan/kg, down to 16,680 yuan/kg; the June 2025 contract was at 17,765 yuan/kg, down to 16,740 yuan/kg.
In Japan, the price of RSS3 rubber on the Tocom - Tokyo exchange for April 2025 delivery was 341.00 Yen/kg; the contract for May 2025 delivery was 342.10 Yen/kg; the contract for June 2025 delivery was 349.90 Yen/kg.
On the SGX - Singapore exchange, the TSR20 rubber contract for April 2025 delivery was traded at 197.00 cents/kg; the contract for May 2025 delivery was traded at 194.20 cents/kg; the contract for June 2025 delivery was traded at 194.40 cents/kg.
In Thailand, the rubber futures price for April delivery was 82.43 Baht/kg, increasing to 82.45 Baht/kg (up 0.02 Baht/kg).
Domestic rubber prices
In the domestic market, rubber latex prices at some enterprises did not record any new adjustments and continued to move sideways.
Specifically, Ba Ria Rubber Company purchased level 1 water latex at VND452/ TSC degree/kg for TSC degrees of 30 or higher; level 2 at VND447/ TSC degree/kg for TSC degrees from 25 to under 30; level 3 at VND442/ TSC degree/kg for TSC degrees from 20 to under 25.
Latex cups and coagulated latex with DRC ≥ 50% at VND18,000/kg; latex cups and coagulated latex with DRC degrees from 45 - 50% at VND16,700/kg; coagulated latex with DRC degrees from 35 - 45% at VND13,500/kg.
Phu Rieng Rubber Company purchases latex at 440 VND/TSC/kg; mixed latex at 400 VND/DRC/kg.
Grade 1 mixed latex at 436 VND/DRC/kg; mixed latex at 382 VND/DRC/kg.
Binh Long Rubber Company purchases latex at 386 - 396 VND/TSC/kg; mixed latex with 60% DRC is priced at 14,000 VND/kg.
Mang Yang Rubber Company purchases grade 1 latex at 433 VND/TSC/kg; mixed latex at 429 VND/TSC/kg.
